LDHS PALS

Peer Assistance & Leadership

Peer Assistance and Leadership (PALs) is a leadership organization at LDHS that serves the needs of students at the elementary schools and middle school in the Lake Dallas Independent School District. These high school students mentor younger students, enabling them to make a difference in their lives and the lives of others.  PALs are role models in the district and must sign contracts pledging to maintain passing grades in all classes and remain drug free.  The selection process for PALs in in the spring and is based on applications, interviews, and teacher recommendations.
